Faceboard Jack Faceboard?

I saw a Jack faceboard on Google Images, but the only result was from some French blog site. I reversed image searched it and found ONE result, and there were no other sizes available. i tried clicking on it but it refused to work and led to another stupid design. I scrolled through to much pinterest garbage trying to find it and it's gotten me in a bad mood. Does anyone know of this Jack faceboard?
