Hey guys,
I know that we never stated that the thread was closed but this is more or less a dead thread now - you can see that it was bumped after almost half a year of inactivity; and most of the artists listed have more or less gone inactive / MIA as well. I can't say anything on behalf of other artists that were a part of the thread, but I think it's quite safe to assume that there is a very tiny chance of your request being drawn - it'll be greatly appreciated if people would stop bumping the thread onto the first page to mislead others.
I'll also put this up as a notice on the first post so people won't get confused about the status of this thread!

1. Make sure that your account is at least one month old, and has over 100 posts.
2. Use the form to post your request! You can put 1 character max per post.
3. If an artist (who is open) is interested, they will claim your request… but this happens internally, so you won’t know who’s doing it until you receive your art piece! There is also a possibility where more than one artist is interested in your request!
4. If you get art, remember to thank the artist!
5. And yes, you are allowed to post another request afterwards! Just keep in mind the 5 pages rule~

If this is your first time requesting for art, it is recommended to give this a read before posting a form!

• Text references are hard to work with for artists, so having a visual reference would be very handy! It doesn’t have to be a full picture of your character, but “she has blue long hair and a white dress and white shoes and a white ribbon” doesn’t exactly help an artist visualize what you want. References such as “Her hair looks like this (picture); and she wears a dress like (this)” would be a lot more helpful for us!
• However, with that being said - please only request art with references that you know are fine to use! Official pictures such as screenshots from an anime when requesting fanart are an OK, but claiming someone’s adoptable or a random google image of an anime girl as your character is NOT OK. If you’re confused as of whether your reference picture is okay to use, feel free to post here on the thread, or message Jint to make sure before requesting.
• If you only provide a partial reference of your character (e.g. a headshot piece), chances are, we can only draw you a headshot. If you’re looking for something more, please provide us with more details - a full body reference (even in chibi style) would be ideal!
• DO NOT PM ARTISTS ASKING THEM FOR FREE ART!! This is extremely rude, as artists have spent a lot of time and effort refining their skills as well as working on the actual piece. Them being listed on this thread does not mean that they are on a list as free labor up for grabs. Instead, if you are interested in getting something specific from them, I suggest you to ask them for their commission information instead.
• I cannot stress the 5-page rule enough. Reposting overly frequently does not increase your chances of being considered - we have everything marked down, and we know very well when a repost has been posted without surpassing 5 pages. We will not mark your request down if it does not comply with our rules. As much as we are striving to bring this freebie joint to you, we hope that visitors can respect our requests as well!
