In my Town of Haven I've just lost my "perfect town status". Isabelle said that basically I had too many weeds and too much garbage laying around. Since I don't have any items stored on the ground, I weed every morning and I always pay the re-tail disposal fee for any tires, cans and boots; the only thing I can think she's referring to is my path decorations.

I not really concerned if this is the case except for one tiny problem. Perfect town status I can do without, but I can't bear the thought of getting a Rafflesia... :( Is there a limit to how many items I can have on the ground? I have two more paths to line with the famous mushrooms and clovers and I afraid to continue just in case.

I didn't think that mushrooms and clovers were considered weeds and garbage.

From what I remember, mushrooms don't count but the clovers do. I don't think you'll end up with a rafflesia unless you cover your entire town in those things.

I lost my perfect town status a few weeks ago due to dropping a crapload of items in my town. There's still not been any repercussions.

Mushrooms and clovers shouldn't count against you...
I have over 30 mushrooms ((maybe even over 50 actually...)) and 10 4-leaf clovers in my town right now and I still have perfect town status.
...
Do you have any items or anything on your beach? Because that will count against you.

Only flowers on my beach and I don't have any items lying on the ground which is why I'm scratching my head over this...

So do paths count? Because I have a ton of paths and I don't want to get rid of them for that stinking perfect town clock (Which i desperately want!)

I think the stinky flower looks really neat lol, Im weird. But your town looks nice and I dont think clovers and shrooms count as junk

... do you have fruit on the ground?
I have had my native perfect fruit that I shook off a tree and left there get rid of my perfect status before...
After I picked up the fruit, I had perfect status back. =3

Paths don't count, In my original town I had nearly covered the area with display and still got the perfect town status.

This is odd. Mushrooms don't count as trash and clovers aren't weeds. I have gotten perfect town with them before. My town is covered to the brim with paths as well.

Do you have any baskets of perfect fruit laying around?

Ahhhhh.... thank you fallenchaos and effluo.... yes I have fruit on the ground, my orchard has some because I'm trying to get bare trees around my third character's house. I'll try clearing that up and see if that's the case....

Dang, never thought of the fruit...

Off topic but that's a pretty front yard you have. Are you on a cliff because I love being near the waterfall but never know what to do with the front.

Yup... It's the fruit. XP
Some people say it won't count against you, but I know for a fact that it does. XP

Yes I love being next to the water fall too. the front yard and all around the house is too narrow for trees and I hate the idea of overhang with paths... :P so I thought that since O'shae is a leprechaun he should have clovers and toadstools around his house.
