It’s not prompting me dialogue to give a delivery to a villager?

Pietro asked me to deliver a present to Zucker this morning. As soon as he asked me, I went to Zucker’s house and talked to him, but the usual conversation option didn’t come up. So I left his house and talked to Pietro again, then went back to Zucker and it still didn’t give me the option to give it to him. I closed out the game, and just got back on hours later and it still isn’t working? Has anybody else had this problem?
