Island Tour Woes..

So in all my time playing ACNL I have never unlocked the Tuna-Kahuna Tour. Where you catch nothing but tuna. Until today.... Well my record is 9 and I can't ever seem to catch over 9 because almost all of the fish...bite it once and then disappear. It's aggravating!!! Anyone else have this kind of frustration? lol

Which tour frustrates you? I know I can't be the only one who gets a little perturbed. Please share your stories!

Ahh, I have the same problem. It's impossible when I play on the train, since I don't have headphones and have to play without the volume. :/

Then there's the hide and seek tour. I can barely ever even find one villager, I feel so bad when I play it with other people.

Oh that sucks, I hate having to play without sound. I try not to fish if I can't have sound on. lol I refuse to play the hide and seek one... with others. lol I am that bad at it. So you're not alone. lol

I did catch 12 once but it was really stressful lol. But, as long as you catch 8, you're good for 20 medals so more than 8 is kind of overkill. When I get 8, I put the game down until time's up

That's how I do it too. I have caught more, but just for practice.

The tour that frustrates me the most is the Elite Balloon Hunt. I always find more pitfalls than balloons.

You won't catch me near that tour! It's by far the worst. Some are aggravating because the balance medals/effort is off a lot!
The fireflies one should give 20 medals. It's not hard but it's so random, you never know if you're going to catch enough. The same applies to any tour involving catching anything.

Another frustrating one is the hammer tour. I don't play because it puts so much stress on the circle pad, I'm afraid to break my DS.

Plus it's like 6 medals if you find them really fast? Unless you take the "Master" level with all the pitfalls. *shivers*

But it's super fun! And you get to meet other villagers

The hard core balloon one with all the pitfalls makes me want to throw the game at a wall! I am pretty good at the bug catching and fish catching one though. I also don't really like the fossil building one, it's way too complicated and when I do it with others even if we're trying to help each other it's miserable.
