Isabelle says "branch out"

I have all 5 fruit trees and coconut trees on the beach. For the 5 fruits I have a good sized orchard, each fruit has 3 trees. And I have 6 coconut trees as well as quite a few bamboo trees. Does anyone know why she keeps saying that? :/

I'm not sure but I believe you need to have trees in other places as well, not just a concentration on one part of your island? Or that might be flowers, you need to have flowers in many places as well.

Is fencing a problem? Because Isabelle also wants tons of fencing around the island haha.

tbh, 21 trees is kinda a really low amount by the game's metric

Well I have alot of trees, but I figured she meant fruit trees specifically

all trees count towards the same points total for the town rating. the game doesn't ever distinguish by type for this

I think I had around 190 trees when I got 5 stars.

That said, those are just suggestions. Both trees and flowers count toward nature points, but you can only use flowers if you want to. Trees just give more points, but there's a limit on how many you can have before Isabelle complains there are too many.

so do you have ceder trees? Or trees that do not have fruit? I have 10 fruit 6 coconut 5 bamboo but then i have 21 ceder trees so i can get the max items when i shake them every day. And I'm 5 star island.
