Isabelle didn't give me the Mushroom Wreath DIY In the Beginning of May?

I play in the Southern Hemisphere. I have never time travelled or anything. I have gotten some DIY from Balloons, but I saw that Isabelle is supposed to send the Mushroom Wreath DIY in the morning broadcast. When is this supposed to happen? I played the game in all days of May so far, and I haven't received such DIY. She has not mentioned it in any of her broadcasts.

Will she give it to me later? Did the game somehow screw up?

EDIT: I'm not sure how relevant, but I have never time travelled.

Isabelle was slow to give the Outdoor Picnic Set to some of the people in the Northern Hemisphere. I remember a lot of people complaining about it in April. She will just take a few days but eventually she should give it.

It looks like you may have had the same problem lots of NH players had when April first hit. If Isabelle already has another announcement lined up, then you won't get the recipe. You probably get it tomorrow or a day that Isabelle has no other important announcements.

She didn't give it to me today and there was no other announcements. Also, it was strange because she basically just said "today is day x, hour y, we have no important announcements, have a nice day". No ramblings about TV shows or anything.

Just to let you know, the Outdoor Picnic Set that Northern Hemisphere got last month was also possible to get randomly via bottles and balloons. That's how my husband's character got it, since Isabelle didn't give him one. I imagine this DIY would work the same.

You are 100% factually correct. I just got mine from a balloon! And I can rest easy now.

Rover-forbid Isabelle has to multi-task and announce multiple things.
