for some reason i feel like im getting like... weaker and dumber. my memory is more fuzzy and i cant even clean my room properly anymore. i also have school and i reallllllllly dont wanna deal with all of this at the same time (i couldnt even answer simple questions on the first day of school)
i dont know what could be causing this but if you could i would love tips on just... how to feel better.

I don't know if it;s normal, but I feel I've been having the same issues. Don't know if it's trauma or past use of certain substances, but my memory is SO bad and I feel dumber overall :P might be good to get into puzzles and reading novels to work on brain power. maybe track what kind of vitamins your absorbing/use supplements? Otherwise, I'm very unsure.

You should bring it up to your doctor. They can do a blood test or something to make sure there's nothing causing this.

i actually did that like a couple of days ago and im overall healthy i just have to drink more water
i do have to go back though to make sure im ok

I've had that issue too, but it's because of the side effects of the antipsychotics I take. Cognitive decline long term is simply expected of most of them. I'm sometimes saddened that I'll never get my old sharpness or ability to the ability to remember much of what I read back, but it's better than living with the symptoms that I'd deal with without the medication.

If you aren't taking anything like those I'd go back and check with your doctor again as that doesn't seem normal.

Try doing some light sports, cycling is perfect. See if that helps. I feel so much better since I cycle regularly.

I know whenever I keep trying to do more than both my mind and body can handle, I get exhausted very easily and become somewhat lethargic because I’m not letting myself rest long enough to recover any energy that I’ve used up.

How much sleep are you getting on average per day? A lot of people overlook this, but getting too little sleep can affect this.
