This is not fake. The games were played with Gamecube ENGINES not Gamecubes. The demos were only developemental kits. They were merely just showing what the games were and how they would work with the Wiimote.

Yes. They still need to finish the Wii graphics engine.

Yup, the GPU for Wii is being made by ATI, but (sorry to say) the graphics wont be much better because the engines were suped up for the Wii demos.
