Remember how Anur Transyl corrupted? Well.....so long Tartarus!

I FINALLY got Mint out so I could go pick up Hans, but NO the game decided to do this to me AGAIN!

While I didn't have to much done yet, I AM REALLY upset that this is the THIRD TIME OVER ALL this has happened to me, and the 2nd time on this very cartridge!

Well, time to start Tartarus over......AGAIN!

I just got it 1 week ago today. It was new when I got it. Hope it does not happen again.

How did it corrupt? Did you somehow interrupt the server while it was saving or just in general?

Wow, this really sucks. I'm sorry that happened to you. Maybe the cartridge is broken or damaged, somehow.
If I were you, I'd take it back to the store and demand a new game, especially since this has happened more than once.

I wouldn't blame it on the cartridge. My cartridge is fairly old, I have had mine since July and my town has not corrupted once (not including me trying to corrupt it purposely).

If this cartridge is 1 week old, I doubt it ''just corrupted'' all of the sudden, you must have done something.

Otherwise, good luck on the next town and hopefully it wont corrupt.

Age has nothing to do with it. It doesn't happen often, but cartridges can be faulty right out of the box. On the DS/3DS cartridges it often means there's a part that's loose, so it can't save correctly. I had it on a SoulSilver cartridge a few years back, which kept erasing my save, even though my HeartGold worked fine and I didn't save differently.

I would just take back the cartridge sooner rather than later, Ami. You'll likely only frustrate yourself.

That's pretty crazy. You should probably write to Nintendo or try to exchange it wherever you got it, because the game shouldn't corrupt that often. Best of luck restarting again, though! I'll keep an eye out in my town for any of your dreamies.

Finally found a good one to start back up from.

Cons:
- Map could be a bit better, but it isn't too bad.
- Brown Train Station Roof....the only one of the 4 you could start with that I consider Bad.

Pros:
+ 2 Dreamies as starters! Biff the Hippo and Merengue the Cake Rhino! (The others that I have to let leave are Cheri, Lobo, and Clay. Clay only has to leave because I have him in my main town. But all 3 are good!)
+ Cherries as starting fruit!!!

I've had mine since August and it never corrupted til this day. And I played on it a lot, so maybe it's something's wrong with the cartridge?
