Is there anyway to draw your Design on Paint.net, and covert it into a QR code?

I found this cool design online, but the QR code was small and you couldn't read it. I can copy the image, but if I copy the QR code and resize it, it doesn't work. I know there is design makers, but I can't copy and paste things on there. Is there any online that you can copy and paste and covert into a QR code?

resize it 32x32, open up the thumlina or whatever website [search up animal crossing qr code, should come up]
paste it there, it works for me but idk if it will come out blurry kind of
