Is There Anyone in Fall Who Can’t Seem to Get Fall DIYs?

Hey, friends. So, I TT often and really wanted to get ahead on the mushroom and maple-leaf items for fall, especially since no one is really selling on Nook’s Cranny. However, I’ve had NO luck getting any of the DIYs, and want to know if anyone else has had this problem? When I TTed ahead to the sakura season, before Bunny Day was updated into the game, I had no problem finding sakura DIYs.

I’m not sure if I should just keep grindin’ away or what. I’ve collected a good amount of mushrooms (except the ones that require perfect town status—Isabelle be hatin on my trees , but I’m too lazy to re-landscape.)

Give me some encouragement!

i haven't had great luck obtaining the autumn seasonal recipes either the mushroom recipes don't start appearing until sometime in may though

Really??? Mush Recipes are that soon? Omg. I didn’t know. That’s so weird, cus people used to be selling acorn pochettes and some fall DIY items here on belltree.

Wait, are you unable to use the DIYs are did you just get the items? That’s also really strange. I really hope it’s not locked, because I like to have the freedom to get my items on my own time . It would really suck if Nintendo decided to make it locked after the last update. Aghhhhh.

hi, i'm from northern hemisphere and have an autumn town where i've obtained about 2/3 of the autumn recipes so far. you can only get them from balloons! acorn recipes are in september-october, maple and mush in october-november if i can recall correctly.

Omg, thank you so much! I’ll try to hunt for them since I’m in November. I really want the mush umbrella and maple-leaf pochette, so here’s hoping, lol.

It took me many Days, and a lot of roaming through the beach, to pop enough balloons. And I am still missing 2 mush recipes. But got almost all of them, and didnt want to grind for another day.
Try the balloon trick. Its where you go into a shop/nooks or ables, start a conversation and then leave. It respawns the balloons. Then the balloons spawn at .04. And at.. 09. Hope it helps

this is what i do. i sit on the correct side of the beach (its on the right in the evening for me) and wait until .4 and .9 to find the balloons.

just wanted to add you dont have to go into a shop to respawn the balloons they will spawn randomly every 5, 10, and 15 minutes if you missed one though going into any building will reset the spawns!

I hope Nintendo went about locking more of these event DIYs/items. The more locked stuff the better! I can wait till autumn

People in the southern hemisphere is in autumn right now wouldnt be fair to lock it for them. They should have just as much of a magical experience with autumn, as the nothern is going to get, later on.
