i have 2 villagers i really dont like
and im wondering if theres a way to get the to move out
is there any combonation of words on a letter that will make them move out quickly?

You have to befriend them so when they ask to move out, there's a better chance. It sounds strange but it works.

There isn't anyway to force them to want to move out other than just TTing/playing through until they decide to go. If they do try to move and then change their mind (which is more likely the less they like you) you can reset so that it doesn't register that they changed their mind and then avoid them so they don't try to stay again.

In my case, nothing (ignoring, befriending, etc) seemed to work. Even with heavy TTing, I think chances are there'll always be that one stubborn resident. Most likely, moveouts are randomly determined... that, or I'm not inventive enough to figure out the reason -_-

It's not random. You get villagers to move by attaining the "needed factor" (source: legendofpeter from YT). The needed factor will trigger the villager's decision to move. The fastest way to do this is to create another character, introduce yourself to EVERYONE in town, then TT forward. For each day you TT, talk to the villagers you want to keep but ignore the ones you hate. The process will take 2-7 days per villager. If some ugly creep moves into your town, use the same strategy. Introduce, then ignore.

That is definitely the best way to do it. I did this with a villager I had befriended quite well, it worked but took longer than a week due to the fact that I had talked to him loads beforehand. He moved out within 2 or 3 weeks of me ignoring him. I haven't tried it with a brand new villager but I would believe that about a week should do it.

Just curious, have you tried this and verified if this works? It'd be great if it did, I've been wanting to out one of my villagers out for a long time.

Without using the new character method, I'm fairly certain that the moveouts are random. I've tallied around 45 instances when vilalgers pinged me to move, and the results were fairly consistent with what you'd expect of a random distribution, with only one outlier (who I've tried ignoring, then I've tried paying attention to, without avail). Then again, this is just with my own village, and there might be factors I haven't been taking into account.

It seems random to me because when I was cycling on my gf's extra copy sometimes a villager would move in then move out the next week. Other times they would move in and not move out for months. I didn't even really talk to them either so I'm pretty sure it's completely random who moves.

Do not write them letters.
That will make them befriend you, but there are two ways to make them move out.
1. Befriend them ,do stuff for them, etc.
Then they might ask to move.

2. Ignore them completely.
Just introduce yourself to them, then in a couple weeks of not talking to them, they might ask to move away.

Those are just theories, there is no exact way to make them move, you just have to wait until the right time comes and they ask to move out.
Hope that helps!

You're saying it is a necessary condition that you introduce yourself to them? I can guarantee this is not the case since I have made many villagers move without ever talking to them. I certainly disbelieve that it would be a sufficient condition either.

So I have a theory to get them to move out if they just moved in and are still unpacking greet them. Then don't talk to them for a week and they should move.

This is the tip Klinkguin gave to me.
I'm planning on using this method to get Sylvia to move. If it doesn't work, oh well, I'll try another way. :)

I just use the 2 days forward/2 days backward-method, however it can backfire if you use this method carelessly. :p I managed to void and replace all the 5 terrible starters I had within few days. <3

I use the TT 4 days after your 9th villager moved in/after your last villager asked to move. Talk to a favorite villager about 10 times to see if anyone is moving. If not, TT to the next day.
