It's not random. You get villagers to move by attaining the "needed factor" (source: legendofpeter from YT). The needed factor will trigger the villager's decision to move. The fastest way to do this is to create another character, introduce yourself to EVERYONE in town, then TT forward. For each day you TT, talk to the villagers you want to keep but ignore the ones you hate. The process will take 2-7 days per villager. If some ugly creep moves into your town, use the same strategy. Introduce, then ignore.

i have 2 villagers i really dont like
and im wondering if theres a way to get the to move out
is there any combonation of words on a letter that will make them move out quickly?
You're saying it is a necessary condition that you introduce yourself to them? I can guarantee this is not the case since I have made many villagers move without ever talking to them. I certainly disbelieve that it would be a sufficient condition either. It's not random. You get villagers to move by attaining the "needed factor" (source: legendofpeter from YT). So I have a theory to get them to move out if they just moved in and are still unpacking greet them. Then don't talk to them for a week and they should move.
