Is Tangy Stuck in my Town?

I've been trying to cycle out Tangy for the past 3 days. Everyone else in my town asks to leave other than her. I have searched the internet for guides, now I'm asking for help here because I've ran out of options. There is more to the story with Tangy though. When I was talking to one of my villagers yesterday (Soleil) She referred to Tangy as a guy. Tangy never sends me letters either. Yes I have talked to her, it's just seems like she is stuck in my town. All I'm looking for is answers. I have nothing against Tangy I just want to have Shari in my town, because I need an Uchi.

Tangy changed her gender.

Try taking a new character and talking to her once. Make sure you sign in every day. It takes a little over a few week to get rid of the villager you want to lose. That's how I got rid of Chevre.

I'm struggling to have Paula move as well! I've been cycling for 2 days now and everyone has asked to leave at least twice! Paula pinged me once but when I told her to leave she decided to stay, so I tried resetting a few times and she still wouldn't go. I'm assuming it's just REALLY bad luck. I can't stand her and I need space for Ankha. She's really getting on my nerves.

When I cycling Papi out, I get frustrated with this so I start hitting them with hammer but be best friend with Papi, so my other dreamies don't ask to move anymore (I lower my friendship with them *cries* sorry my dearies)

And being friend with the one you like truly helps alot! Then with my non stop effort Papi become so close, he send me random letters, appear in my house all the sudden, 2 days later he ask to move. VILLAGERS ARE ALL JERK!! true story.

MY BLOB I AM TRYING TO MAKE PAPI MOVE FOR MARSHAL AND HE HAS NOT PINGED WHATEVER I DO. HE IS JUST TOO F&!#$$#! CUTE TO IGNORE! Ugh.
