Is Olive in Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer ?

Olive was a cute cub in Animal Crossing on the GameCube. Ever since that game, she hasn't been brought back with the subsequent games. Just asking a simple question here to those owning the game. Since Carrie has come back, I'd like to know if they also brought back this character :

I'm just interested in any villagers that appeared in e+ last will return, no matter how much I hate or love them
