Hi, I really want to get the gamecube version of AC but i want your guys opinions.
Please give me your opinions before i buy a copy :)

Population: Growing is one of the best AC games in my opinion. Next to New Leaf of course. The events in it are fun, and the cranky villagers are more cranky etc. Some of the events were thrown out, which is a shame because I though they were really fun.

I'd say it's worth buying, since you can see where it all began. :)

ok, thanks for your opinion :)

I think it'd be worth it- as everyone else said, it and New Leaf are the best AC games. There's a lot of fun stuff to do, so you shouldn't be disappointed

Ah, the GameCube version was a lot of fun for me. I played it almost everyday when I was a little kid.

I think it's worth it, it's really fun. ~ :D

Dialog in the GC version is so much better, imo. More pronounced personality types- mean characters are meaner, snooty characters are snootier, and it's just much funnier and less cater-to-the-player as the newer games, so you're adapting to changes more often, which for me, kept it exciting for years. As where, as much as I like ACNL, I got really bored of after a few months, and had to take a break to regenerate interest. I love them both though.

I really enjoy it because of the events, some aren't in the newer versions and you can collect playable NES games!
So, I would say, worth it! :)

Prepare to get your feelings hurt xD The snooty and cranky personalities were pretty brutal. Go for it if you have the time. You'll get to experience how it was in the beginning.

I have never played Animal Crossing:Gamecube but it's an awesome game and brings back memories so its a good buy,

It is so worth it. It is an awesome game and I still play it now. I think it is one of the best GameCube games.

no because you can download an emulation on your computer huehue

But seriously, this game aged really well, and it's definitely worth a play.
