I didn't realize anyone questioned the worth of building it... Of course it's worth building in my opinion, it's a nice looking PWP, it adds another special character (Brewster) to your town, you can drink coffee, have some additional conversations with villagers and special characters, work there for coffee beans or furniture, and just relax there in general. I think it's probably one of the best PWP's that you can get in the game as a whole, gives a realistic sense to the town.
it's a cute little building, and i think it gives a nice feel to the town. if you dont want it, or are happy without it, then dont get it. though im not sure how getting it should change anything about how you feel about your town! unless you got some theme going on and its too cute for you
Yes; I love working for Brewster and getting all of his cool items! It's also nice to buy coffee yourself there. I would definitely say that it's worth it
My thoughts on the topic: I'd like the next "Animal Crossing" to continue the mayor concept but expand the shopping area that is Main Street. Perhaps having two sides (north and south) would do it. We could have a restaurant and the Police Station on that south side of Main Street. (Changing camera angles, for point of view, would be necessary. And welcomed.) This way, The Roost Cafe would not have to be taking up room in one's town. And I'd like for The Roost Cafe, the Police Station, the Fortune Teller Shop, and the Dream Suite to not be counted as PWPs. (I don't mind paying bells to access them.) Also: We need more options (capacity) for the PWPs; so, for example, we could place more lighting throughout one's town. (Use your imagination: It cannot be fun for humans and villagers to not have adequate lighting while they are out at night for a walk.)
yessss, i love my cafe. it takes up a nice space so the town isn't barren and it's just overall a really nice thing to have, i love going to get takeout coffee and carrying it around, it's adorable.
i think it's worth it to build it. not only does it look nice but it's also fun to go in and work for brewster. i always look forward to seeing who comes in to buy coffee uwu
also, after working, i like the fact that he pays me in coffee beans (which i sell for up to 2000 bells)
i was working towards a perfect town and i think you need a certain amount of pwps (i saw that you need 10??) so having it was a nice addition to that as well
I like having the cafe in my town. It makes the town more "alive" and gives you things to do and an extra place to hangout. Plus I made a little park right next to it so it fits perfectly.
Love my cafe! I'd like to plant more trees and things around it to make it more of a nice hangout place. I put mine near my Town Hall and Police Station, and it's fun to imagine Isabelle and Booker making early morning coffee runs Brewster's little gifts are neat too, I can't wait to get the cafe uniform.
I don't see why not. You get to drink coffee and eventually work there and serve coffee to your villagers, as well as getting neat little prizes for helping Brewster out.
I think it's worth it! You can buy coffee, and earn coffee beans and those unorderable cafe items from Brewster by working. I used mine daily for at least 2-3 months after building it between my 4 characters and I still use it 2-3 times a week now.
