I think it looks cool, it adds something to your town. You can get cool furniture by working there, and you have a chance to meet villagers that don't live in your town when you prepare their orders n_n
Yes it's cute!!
But tbh it's pointless after you get the Brewster items. Still, it can make your town look pretty cool, and sometimes it's amusing to go in and get a virtual coffee.

I like how it looks, and in my head I like to think that I've built something nice that my villagers can actually use! But to be honest I hardly ever go in there myself, I never remember to work there...in fact I haven't even unlocked the 'job' part of it yet and my town was founded on launch day last year 30 PWPs get used up quickly so I understand your hesitance if you've gone without one happily for so long!
It looks cool and I was so hype to get it and see all the characters come in and get their coffee but it gets kind of boring after awhile. However, you should definitely get it in your town.
It's pretty nice, but I have to say I barely go in it now that I have all of the items from working for Brewster. I don't regret getting it though, it's nice to have some different buildings around.
I don't think it's absolutely needed but I do think you should have it because it gives you something to do while you wifi people and when you do start working with Brewster you can get all the items. I think it's up to you if you have room go for it!
I was wishing i didn't put one in after i had gotten all the items, but then i started decorating more rooms and wished i had some extras of the cafe items. My alt characters really came in handy for that.
I have all the Caf? in my real towns. When I visit a town I drop by and get a coffee.
Think the Caf? doesn't count towards your PWP.
Also you get a special drink from Brewster on Valentine Day. You have to sit at the counter to receive it. Take out doesn't work.
I love the conversation with the villagers and others. Also love it when the villagers say mine is better than Brewster. He doesn't take it well.
In my first town it does not have a good location. It's out of the way, and I never even notice it anymore. I don't use it at all, and I would have been just as happy to buy cafe items from people here. In my second town it is in a much better location, and I like how it fits into the buildings and PWPs around it. Since you've been playing for a year happily, I recommend that you think of it as a big, cool looking PWP. If it makes your town look good, go for it. If you don't see it fitting in well, play on happily without it.
If you don't want it, and you're playing happily without it, I wouldn't bother building it unless you get bored or have a good location for it or want an item from it. I have the caf? built in a narrow strip of land above my river and below my train tracks, to the top left of my town near the cliff. It's a fantasric location for it, and I love landscaping the area around there with trees and flowers. I don't go to the caf? every day, but I love popping in from time to tkme and seeing what villagers or special characters are enjoying coffee there, and ordering coffee from Brewster on occasion. I also like working sometimes when I've run out of things to do. But I think it would be significantly less enjoyable if its location wasn't so perfect.
If you have the bells to spare and you have a good location in mind, I'd build it just for the sake of having it. Save it for a rainy day. But if you don't really want it, and it would be costly or difficult to find a spot for it, I'd leave it be until you get the urge to build it.
I have it. It's a pretty fun/cute idea to have it as a PWP! I've visited Brewester's in the other games and grew very fond of Brewster. I get coffee to-go occasionally and the characters look really cute running around with them in their hands. I would recommend it if you're looking for a little something to add to the game. I certainly don't go every day, but it's nice to check in and see an NPC or villager grabbing a cup.
it's nice to have in your town and adds something different to it, but i think if you've gone a year without having it and you're happy with that there's nothing wrong with not having one. it was nice to have just so you have something different to do besides running around doing favors or fishing/catching bugs. after awhile though it just becomes another building in your town. if you don't really care about the items you get from brewster and you love your town the way it is, then i'd say you don't need it. it's really preference and if you want it.
I love it. The cafe offers a place to meet up with villagers or a spot to bring friends when they drop by your town. Of course, I really enjoy working in the cafe and seeing what all the villagers have to say when you fix them the perfect cup of coffee.
That's so weird lol The Cafe is usually the very first thing I build O_O
It looks super cute, and I love the items you get from it. Plus, whenever someone comes over I love stopping there to have a cup of coffee with them. Even though I don't drink coffee irl
I think its a must, It adds a little something to your town, you can have silly conversations inside it with villagers and npcs and getting unorderables from it is nice. I think it looks nice too
