I was wondering because I heard about the thing about least liked villager goes?? Is that true??? Because I've been talking to butch and tex because I wanna change there outfits but I also want them to move....

i think it's if you don't talk to them they won't leave. at least in NL, they wouldn't leave if your friendship wasn't high enough, and afaik it's the same in NH. but either way, talking to them does not stop them from leaving.

Nah. It's all about chances. Whether you talk to them or not, anyone can still move out. Villagers that have low friendship with you are the most likely to move out.

Any villager can move out regardless if you talk to them or not. Some of my highest-friendship villagers are the ones that often ping me to leave.

Talking to villagers doesn’t affect whether or not they ask to leave. However I believe I saw datamined info on this forum which suggested that having high friendship reduces the chance of that villager asking to move!

Datamined info did indeed confirm what Rosch and janeying12 said just now. Friendship can affect the likelihood of some villagers possibly wanting to leave more than others (friendlier villagers will be less likely to want to move out compared to a villager you haven't built up much friendship with yet), but it's really based on chance. Any villager can have the potential to leave regardless. There is a helpful thread someone started that goes into detail about it:
