Is it safe do post gameplay videos on YouTube?

So I heard that Nintendo has been flagging "Let's Play" and gameplay videos lately. Lots of YouTubers have got their videos removed. My MK8 videos(the in-game ones from MKTV) have been flagged. I don't want more copyright strikes!

Did you heard of Nintendo Creators Program? That might explain why Nintendo suddenly flagging your gameplay videos lately.

As long as you're not monetizing your channel, I believe that you should be fine dealing with the copyright matching. All of my videos that does match with the copyrighted content weren't deleted yet.

If you really want to get around Nintendo's copyright mechanism, you could alter the audio to be noticeably higher or lower in pitch and even the video to be colored a bit differently.

I've gotten some of those too on my gameplay vidoes. If you view the copyright message it says that the video won't be deleted, they just get to monetize it. So it's nothing too much to worry about.

i heard the creators program pays literally nothing and they keep all the ad profit of your work..
