I actually thought it was the cranky villagers that were the hardest to get public work projects out of. Although it could be the fact that i only had one cranky villager at a time in my town. The zen public works were the ones that i was trying to get the most but it seemed like the hardest to track down. Since the are a bunch of zen items and i only had one cranky villagers made things really difficult for me. I finally did it though, just be patient!
I have more Zen projects than I ever wanted and my only Crank is Lobo. He frggen spews 'em like a baby with a stomach virus.
Shari actually used to give toooons of PWPs so I got most of the cool Uchi ones from her. I actually think the trellis is one of the last ones I need, but I'm happier that I got the windmill and the picnic blanket. They're such beautiful pwps ;w;
Just keep at it and try buttering Mira up a little. You'll have a better chance at PWPs if her friendship's good so send her some awesome gifts and kiss up a bit~
