However, it is a sweet escape from life to befriend villagers and live my life in a town I created~

Of course it's a game, however I'd like to think it's more than that. I've spent probably 2,000 hours in the past 3 years playing this game which says a lot.

It depends what you define as a game really.

I find games to be opportunities for learning, as well as having fun. I've learnt a lot of what I know today simply from MMO and console games.

its an escape from hell called school to me... i get real pissed when people say "its just pixels..." I am autistic and i love my villagers more than anything else (besides my irl friends and Tomodachi Life Miis) the peppies even brighten up my day when i am sad... and the Cranky villagers act like a fatherly figure to me... my dad and mom are divorced and i feel like the crankies are a way my dad is looking out for me... today Kabuki was worried if i had a bed and other stuff... its why i have two crankies.... my world is very dark and ACNL is the light that is in the darkness
