Is having bad luck days funny to you?

I also never notice because I don't run. I used to run on the beach, but now that I've got so many hybrids stored there I can't run anywhere.

I only visit Katrina because I love her animation and hearing her fortunes. I really don't pay attention to whether my luck is good or bad and I never go out of my way to wear a lucky item.

Same thing with me I don't care if I have bad luck or not, but today I'm falling. xD

Tripping needs to be removed next game. Pointless and annoying.

They just putted in acnl because they want something funny for kids in acnl, like falling on your face.

At first it was funny but not so much later on. In 2013 I bought a lot of tickets just to get the lovely phone so I wouldn't trip.
I now just wear the Celebration Hat from Katrina. Check the phone to see if it can be removed. Happy that you can get a tan when you wear the Katrina hat.

I would like to see the lucky item go and house item placement/themes changed in the next game.

I never seen anyone getting a tan by wearing that hat, I'm mean isn't suppose to get rid of the tan because the hat is SO big.

This is the first year wearing the Celebration Hat every day in my casual towns. Noticed that the players started getting a nice tan. Some got too much sun.
Tried it in my main town and she has a nice tan.

Just checked Liquefy guide on another board for items to avoid tanning. Celebration Hat isn't on the list. The other Katrina hat isn't on the list.

Tripping always gives me a jumpscare every single time Some days it seems I can't go 10 seconds without tripping, which is very annoying. I didn't know the fart sound was a bad luck feature, but that at least is kind of funny

I think the most annoying thing is when I get bad money luck, I normally want the money from the money rock, so when I hit it and get 3 coins it does make it rather annoying. I don't really get affected by the running bit because I've been trying not to run around in town so I don't screw up my grass anymore than what it is.

i don't pay attention much to when i have good luck or bad luck and i run all the time and don't wear what katrina tells me to wear. sometimes it's fun to fall on your face even when it messes up a beetle or two or even if you drop your ice cream

when i first played New Leaf and got a bad luck day i thought it was great, and since they were rare i just found it fun seeing where i could trip and what ridiculous places i'd hit my head near.
but after a few years of playing it's gotten kind of annoying and now i sometimes just skip those days or stop running during them

The Celebration Hat. It's not an actual pancake, but it kinda looks like a red one from the back.

I made a Mii that looks like Nigel Thornberry many years ago. I also even made a blog with it and then used QR codes to put him in girly cute bikinis. So when I opened my Club LOL, I had a bad luck day while looking like Nigel. It was ACTUALLY the funniest thing ever.

I find tripping to be incredibly annoying. The first couple times it happened to me I thought it was great and a unique way for the developers to playfully troll its fan base. I have Katrina in my main town so I can remedy bad luck quickly but in my other towns that don’t have her shop set up I will just save and quit for the day instead of dealing with that.

That said, I do get a little chuckle when my character trips face first right into a tree or bush. That’s gotta hurt!

I own her shop in my both towns and I never even really care to go to her in her shop. Also you have to go to her tent and let her tell you a fortune 20 times. So anytime you see her in your town go to her tent, but you can only have her tell you a fortune once a day so it will be a long time but if you TT it will be faster. so that's how you will unlock her shop in your town.

I personally find bad luck days to be extremely annoying, especially since my town is loaded down with hybrids that are hard to replace (& sometimes very expensive like Gold Roses [which I can't produce myself])! :/ I think I may have found a very easy way of getting rid of bad luck, but I need to do some more testing to confirm my hypothesis (since I rarely get bad luck days). o/

Well just be careful and run straight on paths and don't run when your turning around corners on paths in your town, so you won't go in your flowers.

They can be pretty annoying when you are trying to do something important. My mayor is having one today but thankfully i owned the lucky item xD
