Yes! I actively try to get Nook Miles everyday and it just never feels like its enough. I just feel like the whole buying NMTs in real life really inflated the prices so much that it's become unattainable. Hopefully the community will try to correct itself with this problem by not trading with the greedy people and calling them out.

I'm pretty sure thats a fact, correct me if I'm wrong but I've read it several places. So that you cant cheat and tt for good prices. My prices are usually down in the 50-60s. The times I've had around 100 I haven't tt that day

Not really. But then, Raymond doesn't really appeal to me--Audie, sure, but I'm letting villagers happen naturally this time instead of dreamy-hunting.

If we had region locked DLC like the afternoon tea set from New Leaf, that'd be one thing--I'd be really annoyed if I couldn't get one because of the economy. But we don't at this moment in time. So I feel pretty chill about waiting and letting the craziness settle. Meanwhile, I can...figure out what in the world to do with half my island! Lol.

Haha good to know not everyone is feeling the stress. My boyfriend's one dreamie is Audie so that's another battle I'll have to face haha.. Fortunately I find the villagers while he terraforms the island so we have a good 50/50 workload!

I've literally seen someone make a post saying that they will craft the mush lamp if you bring the materials as well as 1000 NMTs. Thank god a bunch of people called that person out on it. We will all eventually get that DIY come fall! That is so exploitative!!

Yup, I constantly see on Reddit that people take advantage of new and maybe young players, makes me sick. I saw someone who convinced the host that nook miles were worth 10k a piece, so they sold 10 tickets for 100k ..

I've tested it, if you tt within that week as long as its forward and you dont pass the sunday they will not spoil

I think it helps to view this game as a longterm--I had NL from the time I got my 3DS, carried it forward to the N3DS, and in that time I saw Marshall and Marina and Zucker and the rest come and go as I accumulated my own dreamies.

Well I tt too, and btw if you tt it will decrease your turnip prices, i've never seen a better price than 110 because of this, but I understand what you mean

Ppl who dont exploit or TT can still have a lot of NMT. Just saying. Because everyone wants to point fingers at those with funds as if they are the bad guys half the time.

I have 60 NMT I got in roughly 3 days, no TTing, and without going super try hard. If I applied myself more, I'd have more.
This is through me earning them myself WITHOUT offering my services to other people to earn more, btw.
(Thanks to those services I have over 70 for when I start my hunt...)

Edit: But anyways. Just enjoy your game. The craze will die down as people get their islands filled.
