i love all of the the iron wood items! i think theyre super pretty and theres a lot you can do with them, but it is a little disappointing that theyre the only full kitchen set in the game. its part of what makes me feel like the furniture in this game is lacking. like, okay yes, we are getting new updates - but the furniture we have really only suits certain types of aesthetics! remember astro furniture?? and how cool mira's house used to be? in this game its like, a weird theatre thing which i think contradicts her design and character in past games. if the ironwood series looks overdone, its honestly bc theres just not really too much else to work with atm. ugh i hope they bring gracie back and give us some of the old classic sets!! still love the game and all of the new stuff and new furniture its brought, but sometimes i do miss the sheer variety of past games

I have not read all the comments posted here but i read quite a few by now and I would like to share my common thoughts and disagreement with you all 
. As many have pointed out I very much agree in:
- Sadly there isn't many real furniture to actually make a kitchen, so i do understand why pp or many of us are actually using the set to try to create and achieve a kitchen look.
- I also agree with what many of you said that although we are all using the same kind of main furniture for the bone structure of the kitchen one is able to kind of create their own cozy kitchen vibe with the decoration available in the game which thank god there is more variety of giving players the ability to create their own little space.
- As also some of you have said I do like the Ironwood set very much and find it pleasing to the eyes, so i dont really have a problem with it
- As many of you have said I really do wished we have like more more main furniture to create that kitchen look so there was more variety, as many of you, i really dislike seeing too much of the same or identical themes, decorations etc. Hopefully with time we will be gettin more
- Not many many of you have said this, but i am still hoping for in the future been able to interact with our kitchen to cook or even use the espresso machine (once Brewster is introduced, which i am also hoping for) to make coffees, so thats why I am keeping my kitchen hahaha.
I mean if you think about it, Who though we would have been able to harvest any kind of vegetable in this game ! and they gave us that, so never stop hoping for good things to come your way

I can see why people are sick of ironwood but equally as others have said, there isn't a ton of other options out there for kitchens so really it's understandable that everyone's kitchens are ironwood. I don't have an entirely ironwood kitchen, but I've definitely included a few of the pieces just to fill in the space. in terms of other kitchen items though I'm a huge fan of the kitchen island - it was the number one item on my wishlist for a long time and it's the literal centerpiece of the kitchens in both my character houses

I love the ironwood stuff. I don't have a problem with it. But I especially think people shouldn't complain too much because, well, we don't have that many options in this game. It feels like Nintendo has focused more on giving us exterior stuff than interior stuff.

Even though we both used the same set our kitchens are vastly different in style. The ironwood set is so versatile since we can customize it. I still don’t get tired of seeing it lol
