Tiffany agreed to move into my town but I TT'd to Hamlet's moving date afterwards to trade him. I thought she'd have settled into town by now since I TT'd 4 days ahead but she's nowhere to be seen. Did I screw something up?
Invited Tiffany in, TT'd to Hamlet's moving date and she's not here. :(

Assuming you were at nine or less when you invited her and didn't invite anyone else since inviting her...then she should be moving in...Did the person you got her from check her house after you left to make sure it said "Moved out."?
I guess at this point just try getting Hamlet out and see if she moves in the next day.
I've honestly never had a villager take more than 3 days...but if others are saying 4/5, maybe you'll see her on the 5th.

Oh, that might be the case then. I've never invited a villager over when someone was in the process of moving out as I'm usually full. I hope she's there when I TT a day ahead.

Yeah, it's never happened to me before either but I've never TT'd to move someone out while someone else was moving in before. :/
