internet on the wii

i was just wondering if i get the internet channel on my wii
is there a way to like block viruses and stuff?
or does it already come with a firewall or something?

my mom wanted me to ask this haha.

I don't think it would need a firewall. Hackers are focused on making viruses for Windows and Macs, not the Wii operating system. Besides, it's not like you can have bank statements saved on your Wii, so hackers really have nothing to gain.

2. You can get viruses but only if you look at Adult videos...
3. The filter that i think the first couple of people talked about COSTS MONEY!
4. You cannot download stuff unless that stuff is a FLV file... or in a flash 6 game

...You can't get a virus on a Wii. The Internet Channel is just a browser. The Wii isn't a computer. There's nowhere for the virus to download.
