i have a question: if i invite an inhabitants in my town through amiibo cards, could they leave my town, or they are permanent?

In my experience, amiibo villagers are very permanent in New Leaf. I've heard if you have enough amiibo villagers in your town at once, they'll start moving out like normal villagers, but once their number goes under whatever the threshold is, they'll stop asking to move out.
That said, I believe you can force an amiibo villager to move out with another amiibo. But I haven't actually tried it myself, so I'm not 100% sure.

My experience is the same as above. I have 2 towns. One of them has only 2 Amiibo villagers and over the course of several years, neither one has ever asked to move out.
In my other town, I have 8 Amiibo villagers. It is almost always the 2 non-Amiibo villagers who ask to move, but very rarely one of the Amiibo villagers will ask to move. I think it's only happened once or twice in about 2 years, but it does happen.
If you ever want to replace the Amiibo villager, the only reliable way is to scan in a new Amiibo villager.

Pretty sure I have forced a amiibo out with another amiibo! So I think that does work

I have had many amiibo villagers and they stay just like a normal villager. Thats weird that some people have had them never ask to move out! Mine have always asked to move out just like another villager but this may be due to me having a majority of my villagers from amiibo's. But as others have said you can always kick villagers out through another amiibo cards!
