how would the community react? I'd freak out. I would literally be doing cartwheels. I've played every single Mother game ever. I even made my own alternate lyrics to EarthBound's Eight Melodies!

Yes, thank you for squashing the dream unnecessarily. What I meant was, in the event that it does get released, what would you do?

I think if they did actually go forward, they would try to keep International fans in mind. But much like Alice said, I don't think it'll happen.

Pretty sure the question was hypothetical either way. But just a few months ago we were told both Starfox & Metroid aren't happening because the studios who did them before said they aren't doing it and have no plans, well that's only because they didn't know Starfox was happening elsewhere and Metroid was so hush hush only the top knew of it until E3. Mother 4 could happen in some odd string of events you know. Although I def agree there's no use in getting hopes up or holding your breath for it.
Obviously Mother is in boat of it's own, but these things have strange ways of working out at times.

If an official Mother 4 happened I would cry tears of joy until I ran out of tears, then I'd yell "EPIC WIN" throughout the entire house. Then I'd wait for the release of the game, and buy it as soon as I could.

I don't see it happening though, sadly.
