Hi: Certainly! Please keep in mind that he's from someone's void, Gracelia's to be exact lol, and Punchy is one of their favorite, but a small ACNL break caused Punchy to moved out unexpectedly :3 So yeah.
Since this is a special case, there won't be any fees needed, BUT Punchy has been in that town for much longer than I'd like, so I cannot be certain if he will be moving out anytime soon, or turning into yet another 'anchor' villager like O'Hare. ^^;;
I'll update the R list, and try to check his house when I have a chance! Thanks! C:
