For very good reasons: it took my over 7 hrs of speed cycling, and still he refused to move.
This Zucker is probably another one of those annoying 'anchor' villagers that every town has one,
just like that O'Hare in Tamago, who has been around for 50000000 yrs and is still there.
I don't think this lazy is gonna move, even if he does, he will go straight to the void.
