Ok so last week they changed all the McDonald's in my area so now you have to accept terms of service on wifi there. Most people think this renders the nintendo zone useless but they are actually still useable.
When you go to NZ go right to your Internet browser and make a random search for anything at all. It will bring up McDonald's TOS. Accept this and you will be connected to nintendo zone and then you can use streetpass relay normally. You only have to accept TOS once. I'm worried that nobody will do this and relay points in Canada will be useless. It's simple and easy and if you so this you can continue to use relay points normally at any McDonald's without having to accept TOS a second time.
IMPORTANT!! Do not try to connect from system settings or it won't work. Just go right to Internet browser. It may take like 30 seconds to load the page but it will load, I love NZ and streetpass relay so I hope people will do this so we can keep using relay in Canada
Mcdonalds are pretty well the only working NZ in the winnipeg area.
Thanks everyone for reading this long post.
