For the area next to Rosie and Whitney's... I think a Wisteria Trellis in line with the flower arch then illuminated statues on the bottom corners of the wisteria trellis (it will look lovely at night). Or you can create a park area with tires, Topiaries, jungle gym etc.
Also a picnic basket w/ flowers next to Beau's house would look good.
There are some really scenic areas at your town!
Also look at my town's map... do u see the striking similarity in our rivers?

It's a very developed town. I am in awe with the stuff you have. I know you warned me it's very messy but it's been a long time since I visited a town with a narrow path. I suggest you focus on one kind of flower and one kind of tree/bush to make your town look unified.
Let's see... someone who's a pro at focusing 1 kind of flower, tree and bush would be my bestie 4800-2141-2574. Most of her town is filled with golden roses, bamboos and azalea starts. However she's has own qwerks too because she love things black and pink.
Also you can surround your villagers' houses with path.

I love the Harry Potter theme. I think you really should get a witches hat as the sorting hat in jasa's main room.
You could remove a row of flowers to the left of your fence and connect it to the bridge. You can surround your villagers' houses (Chief, Elvis, and Filbert) with path then they could be connected to your main path. I think you really need to connect Filbert's house to the bridge. I have examples on how I surround my villagers' houses with path in the reply I gave to Fireninja.

It's a lovely town. I see great potential with further developments like paths and pwp. Your buildings are evenly spaced it's easy for you to connect them with paths if you choose to. I have to apologize for my bias towards towns with paths because I believe paths are there to guide me from point A to point B without having to look down at the map all the time.
Oh and your map is epic. xD That river is the best!

I like your path, it serves it's purpose on taking me to place w/o having to look at your map. The mayor improvements you need to focus on is using flowers/trees/bushes to bring your town together.

"Hmm if I had to rate your town based on tenderloins... soggy tenderloins being bad and mystic tenderloins being godly good. I give your town a deep fry venison topped with chili sauce. Now I am hungry."

I love your town. I like your path and your water design. You are one of the few towns that showcase the water patterns correctly and looks good while doing it. The only question I have is "may I restock my venison from you when I am finished eating mine?"

It's a cute town. I like the ideas you have for a path. The area between Agent S and Jacques need some public works projects. Also if you can get a bridge north of your camp site, it will be great. I suggest more pwp in between the camp site and town plaza.
Take your time to develop your town, I am sure it will look great once it's done.

Yummy looking town. I like the chocolate looking path and the yellow pudding looking path next to it. May I eat it? I think the improvements you need are connecting some of your villagers' houses to other paths. The area with Fuchsia, Lopez and Portia needs path to connect them together. Also Carmen's house need a path down to the camp site. I also suggest a bridge between Mimi's house and Carmen's house.
