If you mail a villager a pic of another villager, will they display it?

I have several pics of Fauna, and I want to mail one to Beau....will he display it, or is it a waste?

I don't think you can give them a picture when they ask for furniture, but I'm not sure. I do know it didn't work when I wrote a saucy letter from Bianca to Rolf for his birthday with her picture attached. He even had open space for a few 1x1 table items. Still, it was funny because he wrote me back saying thanks for the gift~

When Francine was living in my town, I thought it would be a great idea to give Chrissy's pic to her house.

But I never done it, so I don't know.

Though this is an adorable idea and it must be added into the next game.
