Yeah, I feel very blessed for stumbling upon him so early, that's something I did absolutely not see coming! I hope that luck will strike you, tooWow that’s lucky, lucky is also one of my dreamies just so he fits in with my theme, I heard he’s super sweet and I’m so happy for you
It also kind of feels like a teaser when they finally do move in - there's always that dreadful day of unpacking

i saved around 100 tickets (from trading to look for my dreamies)
4th ticket - found raymond. i was stoked
25th ticket - found audie. she’s not part of my dreamie list but i invited her cause she’s so pretty i couldn’t resist
found stitches and ankha along the way but i didn’t invite them
91st ticket - found judy! i almost gave up, but i’m so happy i didnt.

My AC experience this past two week is a roller-coaster.
My first experienced:
I came from a disappointing island hopping last Thursday so I was frustrated but all that was blown away when I adopted my Marshal in this very forums. I know it's not the main topic here but this experience is like I found one of my dreamies on a Mystery Tour. I decided to bid all NMTs that I have on an auction thread one Sunday afternoon. Mind you, after seeing his market price, I really don't expect to win but it must be luck that much richer Marshal fans were asleep or something during this time and I was the HB. I'm surpised that the trader was willing to part with their Marshal way below his usual market price. I'm sure the trader was aware of the Marshal's worth. Usually some people extend their days in-game until they get a good offer. This just goes to show that not all traders are greedy. I was really thankful for that person.
And then my second experience, I decided to do some island hopping yesterday. I decided to keep and open mind and limit myself with 10 NMT to burn for the open plot. I thought to myself that whatever happens, if I find some good villager, I'll grab it. I wasn't actively seeking this villager but I was looking another dreamie of mind. I used 5 in the morning and then used another 5 in the afternoon. I noticed that the jock personality came up alot during that time. I was thinking I might get Kid Cat at this point. So I decided to try a couple more times after dinner. During my 12th ticket, it was a standard island. From afar, I saw a silhouette of a cat. I got so excited when I toward that villager. IT WAS RAYMOND!! I was so dumbstruck and shouting OMG to my sister.
I just can't believe it.
I hope I get more luck next weekend because I am planning to get Kid Cat to complete my main trio!

I was looking for Audie as my final of my first three villagers and only had peppy villagers left on my mystery islands. I had been island hopping all day for normal and lazy villagers too so I was exhausted and about to give up. I literally screamed I was like so relieved to be done and that I had found her!
I've acquired most of my villagers via amiibo or from mystery islands (only Sherb, Nan, and Raymond were trades) so I'm always excited whenever I find another one regardless of the method.

I found Flora, Beau, Cyd, Sherb and Audie with NMT ( Cyd, Sherb and Audie with last ticket of the day ! )
Beau was the first villager I found on an excursion, nice start! Then I found Fauna, Merengue, Dobie and Skye. I found Sherb late one night on tarantula island! I wasn't in the mood for dealing with the critters but I had to jump into the middle to get my new boy.
I found Judy!!! I've been getting a lot of ticket help from friends from NL days, it took 231 tickets (yep, not a typo). I'm currently 1400 in on the way to Raymond.... my twitter is now just my brainmush tweets because I've now seen 97% of all the in-game villagers... ;;

Well, the only one was Raddle. And I was like (What, no way! I thought I couldn't find any. But there he was, playing his day. Of course i'll move him in.)
The rest were Sprinkle and Gayle, which i'm not very fond of both of them.
While this isn't nmt island, but more of the first campsite villager. When I first check in with my campsite to see who my first villager is, I said in my head: "Watch it be Raymond, but I do want Eugene more" Andddd it turned out to be Raymond, I was going insane that day. I never felt lucky like that in my life before.

When I first started the game, I went to check out the islands after Shady-Raccoon gave me some free tickets. Found Skye on my second ticket, and Freya on my third or fourth. I wasn't sure how to react because I was still new to the game but aside from that I was obviously happy I got them to move.
I also got Lolly and Daisy some time after that!

Found Audie quite early on. Pretty sure it was under 20 tickets. At the time, was just interested in her so I thought cool, it’s the Animal Crossing Grandma. Then she grew on me more after she moved in. Sadly she’s one of the ones with a default housing. So I hope I can let someone hold her for a bit to fix her housing.
