honestly if I could have a second island I would probably use it to experiment a lot with terraforming. I've seen people do crazy stuff like leveling their entire town and then turning it into a giant ocean. I think that would be hilarious and I would love to try and do it myself lol.
If I had to choose a theme I would definitely make it entirely Super Mario themed. I would love to see different sections of the island being based on different games in the series!!
