If you could change one thing about your town...

I have this lil unimportant plot of land right beside my main plaza and its so annoying because of how far away it is

i would change the placement of everything. i just kind of plopped things down without any thought which made decorating and landscaping extremely difficult ;w;

I would have liked the beach to be closer to the train station. That way I can have more space for items drop-off during trade by having people place items on the beach

So I haven't really done a lot to consider anything to be changed - waiting to get certain villagers before I start - but one thing I would change would the placement of rocks. I can't remember how many I have, but there's one, very close to the plaza tree which is infuriating because I wanted to put bamboo around my plaza tree but it can't cause it can't grow near the rock.

Definitely hate the map latout in general, the ricer is pushed so far up north so the northern area is very narrow and squished, which makes my town look smaller in general, not a fan!!! im glad at least in new horizons you can change you river layout, although you need to keep the river outlets in mind... eeeeeek

Probably the placement of my house ! It's alright but it could be better in a different area.

I wish in my town if we could place down houses like in new horizons. It adds so much more to the game to be able to place down a plot and then edit the area around it (such as paths, flowers, and trees). I also wish I could undo resetti's surveillance because its just a random pothole in my town

Popstar- I wish I could change where the campground is. This town was created before the Welcome Amiibo update happened, so I couldn't choose and it just happens to be a really dumb spot, right the to the left of Kiki's house, which was already very inconvenient to get to (Sorry, Kiki).

Twinleaf- I can't really think of anything at the moment? Well, besides the location of Stitches's house, but I invited him with my Amiibo card, so I guess leaving it this way is my own fault.

Probably house placement and building, but its not that of a deal anymore because I save edited NL town to fix it.

i would change the gender of the mayor in my first town. realized i was transgender after i had already made a lot of progress, so buying any gendered clothes is a pain since it always has to be pointed out how "oh, that's from our women's collection, but a stylish man like you could pull it off! ""

i'd also change my face. not a big deal, but i'd do it if it was possible.
