If you could change anything, or add a new feature, what would it be?

There are just soon many things I would change about ACNL!

One of the biggest things I would change would be the privilege to move PWP around

It's annoying when you place a permanent Public Works Project, and then you don't like where you put it, but you can't remove it or move it! Same with Normal PWP. Instead of having to pay bells to demolish it, then repay to have it again, you can just move it for free or 1,000 bells at most.

Something else I would add is when you first create your town, you can choose which villagers you want in your town, and so that they never move out.

Those are just some things I would add/change. What things would you add/change?

I've answered this at least three times this week.

Less villagers. (Seriously, ten is absurd. Especially if you've spent the last 6 hours resetting just to catch one at home!)

Ability to get rid of rocks.

Choose where villagers live.

Ability to boot out anyone, at any time.

Upgrade villager houses - interior and exterior.

Choose your skin tone, or add a spray tan option at Shampoodles.

Long hair for blokes, and proper long hair for chicks.

An UNDO function. It would save on resets, should you accidently dig up your only blue rose. Etc.

A lock, or DND (Do Not Disturb) option for your front door. Stop villagers barging in.

A lock on your inventory, so villagers can't see what you have on you. Or something you turn on like a NO VACANCY light, when you don't want any (shirts) dumped on you.

A boat of your own, with deep sea fishing and diving. Realistic underwater diving.

A car and racetrack, where you can win car upgrades etc, racing against the villagers on weekends.

Get rid of Miserabelle.
We don't need a secretary.

More power as Mayor.

Demolishable PWP's.

Themed PWP's, like Western, desert, creepy. Etc.

Make mail from villagers optional.

Be able to disable sitting on stumps, etc.

Instead of grass wear, make a special tool available, that wears your grass, instead of your feet. :-/

Larger sized paintings on walls of your house.

Villager pictures can be hung on walls, and the frame customized.

More variety of trees and bushes.

Grow vegetables and other fruit, like watermelon patches. Etc.

Be able to cook and eat!

More pattern space is a biggy for me.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. BIRDS. I want birds to be a new species to catch and donate in the museum. I want a vulture and crow in my house. A big parrot would be cool too.

When someone moves in, I want Isabelle to come to my house and introduce the new villager, then ask me where I want his or her house to go. I also want to be able to go into my office and tell Isabelle if there's a house I want to move, including my own.

I wish all pwps where available from the start as getting them is such a hassle.

Able to get rid of rocks.

More customisable furniture.

Decide whether or not a villager can move in and if so where.

Able to hold more than just 10 designs at once.

Villagers to stop trying to give me nicknames.

The ability to customize clothes like you can furniture with Cyrus, but instead of Cyrus it was one of the Able Sisters. For example, if you don't like the color of a bow that Labelle was selling? No problem. Have her change the color/pattern.

We should also have more customize room. How come certain tables can be made blue or green, while others can only be changed to beige or white??

More ability to interior design. It bothers me that we can't put stuff strictly in the middle of the room. I also want to be able to put stuff on walls higher or lower.

Villager pics should have the ability to be hung on walls.

Customisable PWPs. For example, if you want to build a bench, Isabelle will ask you if you'd like a specific color (like, instead of a strictly yellow bench, it can be purple, blue, green, etc.)

New buildings on main-street! School, hospital, grocery store, library...

Ability to cook/buy/grow food! (Maybe not meat though, since... y'know... the villagers are animals...)

When designing QR codes or something, the space to design should be larger.

Ability to, when telling Isabelle about Problematic Citizens, tell her that you want a certain villager out. When I first started playing, that's why I thought the option was there...

Isabelle tells you that a certain villager is wishing to move in to your town. You'll have the option to:

a) "I have a place for them to live!"
b) "They should choose where to move!"
c) "I don't want them in my town!"

Lottie and Digby have bigger parts in the game and maybe we could visit their office?

More rooms in house. Three add three back rooms on the second floor and maybe the basement.

Patio/porch and a backyard... with a pool option.

If one villager has a nickname for you, or a catchphrase, that's THEIR catchphrase. Not anyone else's.

Longer name/town name option. Eight characters max just isn't enough.

WHY DO THE YELLOW LEAVES EXIST. I want to drop those and share them with my friends/alts... but I can't for some reason.

They should have a phone option so you can talk to your mom and dad on holidays and stuff.

When villagers ask to trade an item that they want off of you, you have the ability to say "Here, no need to trade. Just keep it!" or something like that. Because no, Shari, I don't want your go-go shirt for my flat-screen TV.

More mini-games.

Wanting basic things, like rock removal, doesn't make us dictators.

I'd easily want better inventory management. The ability to dump all of your items, SORT all of your items (date, type, ect.) and better support for laying down tiles for pathways. That's not to say the games does a TON of things right though.

I would change the pwp rules (closer to rivers or buildings) because so many of my town plans just cant thrive when I've got a fussy god damn fairytale bench
