If Someone Gets A Villager From Me And I TT 1 DAY, What Happens?

I want to get a boxed villager out as soon as someone claims them. if i time travel 1 day, will they not get their villager?

Yep! As soon as that person goes back to their town and examines their empty plot, they should see a "reserved for ___" sign. What you do in your town afterwards will have no effect on it

As soon as they speak to the villager they'll be moved out, if you go back to their house they're not there, and it says "x Have moved out".
So you can safely TT after they've picked up the villager.

Basically this. Check with the adopter if their plot was claimed by the villager and then check on your end of the villager's house updated to state they have moved out. At that point, you are safe to time travel a day forward to clear the house.
