I'm not sure if anyone else has posted about Internet Explorer 9, but I downloaded it today, and I have to say that It's A LOT better than any previous version of IE. It might not be quite as fast as Chrome, but it is faster than Firefox. I recommend trying it out.

Lol internet explorer.

IE9 is much better than the other versions of IE, if you don't believe me, read this review to see some thing that have been improved on. For as many improvements as there have been, I'm not a big fan of the layout.

You don't have to try something to know it's gonna suck. I mean, I didn't have to see Transformers 2 to know it would suck.

I'm sorry BB, but I believe you are wrong, don't judge a book by its cover, or its prequels in this case.

As it is it appears to run faster in some scenarios, just barely.

Either way if speed was my thing I would be on chrome right now, though I would still prefer chrome to ie 9 and might actually switch to it if the google app store ends up that great.

For me the choice comes down to a few things, how it is laid out/style and look (firefox just got it right for me), available addons an options(admittedly have not looked into ie here but think firefox has all I want available), speed is a factor (which IE previously lost by quite a bit at, and I really don't see it holding the crown for long nor does ti really matter that much considering the difference is in miliseconds), coolness (firefox just owns here, logo sweet, ability to act like a browser snob a definite plus), security (this is still what concerns me the most, reason why ie is so widely spread is because they put it on every windows machine, anyone who doesn't know what they are doing will almost never change, and those are the people mostly targeted by spam, viruses, ect. and therefore ie is going to be the most target browser overall. It also just isn't the safest exploit wise.)

Hmm if I think of more reasons I will post them, but for now this is something to chew on.

I did see Transformers 2. I can confirm it sucked dick.

As for IE9, I've heard that it's a huge improvement over IE8 and may be the most capable browser out there right now. That is, until Firefox 4 comes out soon. However, it does nothing to solve the big problem I have with IE: as it is only compatible with Windows Vista or 7, it will do nothing to improve all the horribly-outdated XP-users still using IE6 and wondering why the internet is borked.

I found both the movies quite good. The CGI was amazing.

That was the ONLY good thing about it.

The plot was no where to be found, dialog so often cheesy, predictable. Aside from visuals there was nothing worth it there, like the star wars prequels...

That sounds like 90% of American programmes to me :x

Umm I think just 90% of programs and movies in general aren't worth the time. Wow you really are kinda prejudiced against my country aren't you? An awful lot of threads you've been in lately end up with something that seems wrong with America. There is still plenty this country got right, often before others did.

I know. I've grown pretty tired of how superior many Europeans feel to Americans, despite their ignorance of what our country is actually like. The irony is especially powerful when they're disparaging Americans' ignorance.

Imagine what it's like living in the UK amongst all the ignorance ?_?

Jeeez you guys need to know when I'm just joshing you.
And did I say that I didn't like American Programmes? No you assumed.
Maaaaan... You guys go all bloody hell with the stupidiest little statement.
