Ideas for a Sherlock town?

So, catville is going to become a cycling town as i got a new copy of ACNL. Although I havent done any form of customization yet, i need good ideas for the future. I have already made a town, with a female sherlock (just as I'm female), and I am planning on adding Speedy's Cafe....
Now all i need to know is:
Pwp's
QR Codes
Themes (Eg: Fairytale, Modern, etc)
