Idea: a Spotify-esque App

So I had an idea for a new app in the Nook Phone.
It would be a music app, kinda like Spotify or any music app.

I think it could be unlocked after getting a certain amount of K.K. songs, and you could create your own playlists of songs that can play anywhere you go!

After that, you could buy an upgrade at the ABD that allowed changing the hourly music to playlists of the music from past games. I had some ideas for the names:
-Throwback (GameCube)
-City Life (Wild World/City Folk)
-Bright Beginnings (New Leaf)
-New Ventures (New Horizons)

What do you guys think of a music styled app? I think we definitely need some more variety!

This is such a good idea! I get tired of the background hourly music at times, it'd be nice to listen to some K.K. songs. I also wish there was an option to just mute music in general. Sometimes I go in my house just to get away from all the music.

Sweet idea! I've been somewhat using the bamboo speakers in hidden spots to change the music to KK songs, but the overlap isn't great and neither is my ability to hide them....

A little music app with tiny ac airpods <3

that would be great! I would love to have the hourly music from Wild World back.

Also, I'd love to be able to turn the music off. Sometimes I just want to listen to ambient noises.

It reminds me of the car radio when you're driving the Regalia in Final Fantasy XV. I had it permanently set to The Archylte Steppe* from FFXIII because I love the soundtrack from that game.

*It's also permanently stuck in my head anyway after spending months years grinding for that 100% completion achievement.

Best idea I've heard.
I absolutely cannot stand the hourly music in this game, and I loved it in all the previous games, most of all NL.
