Ice Cream or Gelato? 🍦🍨

i like gelato but i'm not sure if it's that much different to ice cream lol. they're pretty similar at the end of the day i think. ice cream has more flavors though so i ended up going with that.

I mean, gelato is literally just the Italian word for ice cream.

Interesting... I'm not familiar with ice cream having egg in it. I guess I'll pick gelato though I'm not familiar with that name.

This is hard. While ice cream does have more readily available flavors, I like the texture of gelato better. Especially if you add in soft chocolate pieces.

I went through a phase where I was obsessed with gelato but I think I've only ever had the store bought kind, and I haven't had it in a while so it's hard to compare. I think I might like it a little more than ice cream though!

I thought Gelato was another word for Ice Cream, I definitely learned something new.

Despite being lactose intolerant, I'd still pick Ice Cream. I wouldn't dare pick the other option.

Glad I’m not the only one here talking about ice cream that is lactose intolerant. I really miss being out in the summer and getting ice cream. Thankfully my partner makes it from scratch for me from time to time with lactose free milk/cream.
