I wish kk didn’t come on Fridays... Small rant

When there’s a Saturday event. I am also tired of Leif.
Last week I was due for a visit from Redd or CJ or even maybe flick. But since flick was coming on Saturday for the bugoff I got stuck with Kk all day on Friday. So now It’s Wednesday and so far I’ve had Label, Sahara and now Leif. And I’m guaranteed Kicks. So that means that leaves only one day for a visit from Flick, CJ, redd,or Gulliver. I’m so tired of certain NPC‘s being guaranteed each week because then that means that the random ones don’t come enough and last time Redd showed up (2 weeks ago) he had all fakes. I think KK should just stay away when there’s a Saturday event so we can have our weeks for normal NPC‘s sure you can get certain songs that aren’t sold in stores but I would rather have artwork from Redd then a naked dog sitting in my plaza all day and I can’t even ask for music from him till six so maybe he shouldn’t show up till six that would be nice because then maybe I could have a normal NPC until six that would be cool I’m just I’m frustrated with the visitor Rng right now and I needed to vent. thank you for listening

I think NPCs should be able to share days. I think the only ones that shouldn't visit when another NPC is there are the ones that are found by the town hall since that space would be occupied. This guy finally visited after two months while all other NPCs came through.

I think Celeste & Wisp can share days, so why can't other villagers!! i feel like if Redd & Gulliver also didn't have to share days it'd be much easier to get their items. maybe a guaranteed once-a-week thing? i think the traveling npcs are great but i hope many of them get a store we can visit (whether its on our island or a separate one) at some point.

I've only seen Celeste once. But I can't remember if I saw her the same night I saw Wisp. So if they can share a day, then I'm not sure why others are restricted. According to my brother, Gulliver has only visited our island 7 times. Redd has only come by 3 times. Hopefully traveling NPCs will get a shop. I don't expect Saharah or Gulliver to ever get one, though, since they've never owned a shop. Leif can share an area with Nook's Cranny like he did in New Leaf, and Label could even get an upstairs location in the Able Sisters.

Another option would be that KK only shows up after 6/8pm on the Saturday of the bug off, since he won't really take requests anyway. Or what you could do is Sunday mornings for Daisy Mae and sunday afternoons/after 12pm for KK. That way we would have 6 days for NPCs and not only 5. Also I wish so badly that Redd is one of the standard weekly NPCs and not randomly every couple weeks, especially when he can sell fakes only.

they really do need to change visiting NPC schedule. i started playing new leaf again and i got redd the first day i came back and today again. new horizons wishes.

Redd and Gulliver need to visit a lot more often than they do!

I'm at the point now where I never want to buy anything from Leif, so I don't even chat to him; label is a minor annoyance; and Saharah has only ever sold me disgusting floors and wallpapers! My heart sinks when I see one of them on the island.

I feel like Redd and Gulliver should be guaranteed each week. Especially Redd since he's so important to finishing your museum! They should at least guarantee you'll get them every other week. I've met Label twice and each time she gives me clothes that eventually show up at Ables that I never wear. I have everything I want from Saharah. I'd much rather get the opportunity to buy art or get Gulliver items!

agreed! i marked down a specific day redd cane so i can tt back there and keep getting art from him because he shows up like once or twice a month

You can do that? The times I went back in time, the shops would all have the same items. Does that mean I can go back to the day when Gulliver visited to get more goodies from him?

not sure, the only ones i know it works with are redd and celeste

Yeah I agree Nintendo should figure out a better way to manage this

Yes you can unless its already been past one week since you saw him. When you see him again just go forward a day and then back. Good thing is he doesn’t give repeats until you get everything.

In the months that he's been out I've only seen Redd like 2-3 times. Like those game devs really tryin to keep him away from our town lol.

I also haven't seen much of either Flick or CJ recently. I like when Flick comes cause I give him bugs so he can give me statues of them, but I can't do that if he never comes to my town!!
