i was not expecting to catch this stupid fish

alright. i bought 12 stacks of fish bait, preparing to catch this and the pier fish.

i destroyed my cliff top rivers a while ago so i spend 5 or 10 minutes terraforming me up a river sized pool, and then i scatter the food.

one bait.

i spent AGES back in march and april trying to catch a golden trout and i get it this quickly??

it's such a relief since it's going out of season but why has it taken so long????

anyway, now for the pier fish and barreleye.. wish me luck since i probably just spent all of mine

i sincerely hope i catch it with the bait i have so i don't have to dip into my nmt or tbt reserves, though i seriously don't think i'll ever catch the barreleye though at this rate haha

They say the barreleye mostly spawns near rocks. I don't know how accurate this is, but I got mine near rocks so...

You never know! I caught the barrel eye without even thinking about it. Actually, I caught everything trying to catch Mahi Mahi, except the Mahi Mahi.

The museum is beautiful. I’m enjoying the stamp rally just because I can add the museum to my routine.

i'm really happy that you can do it more than once! the museum is so pretty. i only wish that the stamp rally included the art section at least a little bit (and that the art section wasn't so hard to fill...)

They probably didn’t include it because they knew galleries will be empty. I still have like 2 statues and a few paintings though. I’d enjoy stamps there too.

As a heads up, the Barreleye Model is disappointingly small. The real ones make really cool decorations, though. I regret turning them into a model...

AHHH I caught another trevally and a few baits later? MAHI MAHI!! now all i have to do is catch the elusive barreleye and i'm set! i'm so proud of myself right now lol
