In time trials where you try to beat your times and stuff. If you get a certain amount of time or lower you unlock a staff ghost to race against, instead of your own ghost, and then if you beat its time (which is supr super hard) you get a star in your name when you race in wi fi.

nope thats wrong. You need to get at least 1 star on every cup in all CCs to get a star.

I've beaten all the staff ghosts,and I beat baby park's staff gohst by 2 seconds.
