Giveaway I really need Francine, help pls

I was TT to get room for Muffy, and my Francine left.
If anyone will get her for me, Id be very happy.
Also, how many villagers do I need to cycle to get her to be avalible to move in again?
I have amiibo cards so I will spend hours doing this if I have to.
Im tired of my dreamies moving and want them back.
I also want Flora and Erik sometime (they moved before also).

For your help Ill give TBT, Amiibo items, whatever you want.
