I agree with making it illegal in the car with minors, or even in the home. But there's no way they can make it illegal across the board. Like Pally and Alex said, it was really hurt the economy. It's a person's choice if they want to smoke or not, the government has no right saying if they can/can't, but they can make stipulations to it, as in the topic at hand.
