"Smoking in cars with passengers under 16 should be illegal. Yes or No?"

We had an awesome debate about this topic in English class on Friday.
I wanna see how people I don't know in real life react to this.

But the main reason it isn't illegal is because of the economy.
Since people are addicted to it, they keep buying it.
