I need to visit another town set in the winter for fish

Before the release of New Horizons, I would like to finish my fish encyclopedia, and I just don't want to wait for winter to come around for my own town - nor do I time travel in Eureka. I believe the town has to be set anywhere from 4pm-9am for me to find these fishies.

I need to catch:

Oarfish
Blowfish
Stringfish (river)
